Mozzarella Tour Capri & Amalfi

DEPARTURE
We will pick you up directly from your hotel or villa, and our driver will accompany you to the helipad point. Before leaving, the captain will welcome the customer on board of the helicopter and he will explain all the necessary procedures for the tour. Morning tour departure 8.30 am.
TOUR OPTIONS (Related to the departure point)
From Sorrento, Capri or Ravello/Scala (2h 15′ tour): During the tour you will fly over the ancient Greek temples of Paestum, you will admire the panoramas of Salerno and Amalfi coast, with their crystal clear waters.
You will reach Tenuta Vannulo, one of the most renowned mozzarella producers of Italy.
Tenuta Vannulo is specialized in buffalo breeding and buffalo mozzarella production from Campania and it is located a few kilometers from the Temples of Paestum. The dairy products are varied: first of all the mozzarella in various sizes and then the ricotta, the braids, the provola, the scamorza and the butter.
The tasting focuses primarily on mozzarella, served in its simplicity that needs no accompaniment: a bite to feel the softness of a land that welcomes you, a unique and unmistakable flavor. In this occasion you will also taste the flavors of Cilento during the light lunch.
You will see the buffaloes, around 500, that are treated only with homeopathic methods and no hormones are used; the pastures are an integral part of the breeding, the animals are not stressed and the production is linked exclusively to milk produced on the farm.
From Naples APT (2h 15′ tour): During the tour you will fly over the ancient Greek temples of Paestum, the ruins of Pompei and Ercolano dating back the Roman Age and you will also see the famous Vesuvio volcano on the slopes of Naples.
The tour include the visit of Tenuta Vannulo and the tasting of its renowned mozzarella cheese (as you can read in the previous tour).
